Artist Statement

Artist Statement: I create contemporary 2D mixed media artwork using hand-painted eggshells, watercolour, ink, and gold leaf. Inspired by nature, seasonal change, and life along the shores of Lake Erie, my work explores themes of resilience, renewal, and the beauty found in transformation.

Artist Bio

Kim Schott is a contemporary mixed media artist working from her studio in Port Dover, ON. Her work has been featured in exhibitions in Toronto and Norfolk County and is held in private collections across Ontario.
