Artist Statement
I use bold acrylic colours on canvas and textured Encaustic Mixed Media techniques on boards to create a lasting impression of a moment in time. My artistic goal is to evoke feelings of quiet moments that allow the viewer to pause and reflect on the natural landscapes and urban settings surrounding us and the stories they reveal.
Artist Bio
I am an Acrylic Encaustic Mixed Artist based in Simcoe, ON and my work explores the quiet beauty of the rural settings surrounding me, and the resilience of historical urban settings that have stood the test of time. My work has been featured in several galleries and studio tours across Ontario since 2008.
